I have been lucky enough to be the recipient of some lovely gifts that will benefit the students. I have joined two websites that offer teachers a chance to gain sponsors. We write up paragraphs about how wonderful and special our students and school are and people take the time to read them. If a sponsor likes what they see, they can choose to help us out. On the redditgifts website, a man named Johnathan chose our class to send gifts to. He sent mechanical pencils for the students to use, pink pearl erasers, stickers, candy and a gift card to help get things for the classroom. The students are enjoying these things already. On the Donorsorg website, US Cellular sponsored several of the Washington teachers and their projects. We will be getting a document camera for the classroom, some math games and skills sets, Time for Kids delivered, and ear buds for students to use in class. I am so thrilled that there are people out there who know how wonderful and special your children are to me and support us in their education. Happy Days!!
